Can a new packer be selected from filler BPH alone?
No. Bottle arrival pattern, accumulation, pack format, actual sustained rate, conveyor interface and control behavior must also be reviewed.
Are existing drawings enough for retrofit design?
They are useful, but site measurements, current machine data and photos or video should confirm that the drawings still match the installed line.
