Product water and empty bottles are prepared on parallel routes. Their conditions and capacities converge at the filling center, then move as one product stream.

It begins with two controlled preparations: water must reach the confirmed quality and flow, while containers must arrive clean, stable and at the required rate.

Raw-water analysis informs the treatment route. Storage, sanitization and transfer conditions then determine whether the filler receives enough product water at the required quality.

Why map water and bottle preparation separately?

A filler can be mechanically available while either product water or bottles are unavailable. Separate maps make starvation causes easier to identify.

Is a process flow the same as a layout?

No. A process flow defines sequence and interfaces. A layout adds physical position, access, elevations and utility routing.
